🚰 Hose Tap Repair & Upgrade! 🚰

We were recently called out to a property where a hose tap had been bent away from a rotten wooden post, leaking from a fitting and was only a matter of time before it turned into an emergency leak.

To fix the issue properly, we cut out the damaged section and replaced it using the correct fittings and secured it to a new steel post that was concreted into the ground, along with installing a brand-new hose tap. ✅

A simple repair done properly can save a much bigger problem down the track. 👷‍♂️💧

🚧 Major Sewer Repair Completed! 🚧

All in a day’s work 👷‍♂️💧

We recently carried out a full sewer dig-up and repair after damaged and cracked earthenware sewer pipes were causing ongoing issues.
To access the line, we:
✅ Cut and removed the concrete with a demo saw and jackhammer
✅ Excavated down to the old earthenware sewer main
✅ Removed the damaged sections of pipework
✅ Installed new PVC sewer pipe with provisions for future relining
✅ Backfilled with blue metal and compacted spoil
✅ Installed steel dowel and rio mesh reinforcement
✅ Re-concreted the area and restored the surface

A proper repair done to last and make future maintenance easier if ever required. 👌

As part of the job, the owner decided to ditch the modern stainless steel flexible hose and go back to the classic look with a hand-bent chrome copper water line to better suit the era of the home. ✅

💧 Sewer Stack Repair Completed! 💧

We were recently called out to a property where an external sewer stack had snapped at both the top and bottom, causing sewage to leak out onto the driveway.
To repair it properly, we cut and removed the concrete around the base of the stack, cut out the damaged junction going into the building, and replaced the section with new PVC pipework. Once completed, we re-concreted the base and restored the area neatly. ✅

Another messy problem solved and the sewer system back working as it should. 👷‍♂️
