We’re a local family-owned business! Owners Zach and Karla, along with their two little rascals, Laura (5) and Walter (4).
Zach started working as an electrician back in 2010, handling big commercial jobs like wastewater plants and food processing facilities. In 2017, he decided to start Wagner Electrical Services LLC to focus more on homes and local projects.
Since then, they’ve grown the company to include work with agricultural grain storage systems and bigger design-build projects, backed by a team with over 50 years of combined experience.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, service and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Perform electrical wiring, conduit installation, and troubleshooting
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget
- Test electrical systems and components to identify and resolve issues
- Provide guidance and training to apprentices
Requirements:
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or equivalent certification
- Proven experience as a residential or commercial electrician
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving electrical issues
- Proficiency in using power tools and other electrical equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
