𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 🚧

Our Project Manager, Trent Featherstone and Site Supervisor met onsite with Patterson Building Group at Roomia Self Storage in Wetherill Park for a pre-construction coordination meeting.

These early discussions help align timelines, site requirements and key milestones before we begin the next stage of the project.

Once construction of the structure is complete, our expert team will deliver the self storage fit-out and Nokē Smart Entry system, helping bring this modern and smart facility to life.

We look forward to continuing our partnership with Patterson's and Roomia as the project progresses.

𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱 🏗️

Our Project Manager, Andy Pope and the team are continuing to progress the internal fit out and Nokē Smart Entry installation, with the latest works now highlighting the finer details that elevate both functionality and customer experience across the facility.

From the installation of security mesh above the units, chequer plate corner protection as well as timber buffer rails throughout the corridors and Nokē commissioning now underway, every element is coming together seamlessly alongside the build.

Our team is wrapping up the last and final stage at Roomia St Marys, adding more capacity to a facility designed for seamless, modern self storage.

Delivered by Trent and our installation teams weeks ahead of programme, the facility feature Nokē Smart Entry throughout, including Nokē One on individual units to create a smarter and more convenient customer experience.
