The completion of the walk-in wardrobe/dressing room. Room stripped out, entrance relocated, re-wired (lights, sockets and heating controls), re taped in corners, skimmed, new skirtings/architraves/plinth blocks/rosettes, wardrobes built and fitted including crown moulding , painted, new carpet fitted, new lights, switches and sockets. Quite a hard room to photograph due colours and light.

Part of a well overdue maintenance job on a couple of timber lodges.

Silicone really isn’t your friend for this application. Apart from looking terrible, it lets water in and hides rot, especially when not applied correctly.

The lodges will eventually be fully re oiled when the weather improves however
some repairs were required now to stop the rot and water ingress.

The window repair was carried out with Repair Care Dry Flex. It was blowing a hoolie when applying it hence the ‘bits’ in the fill. Part two of the repair will follow when I have milled the new cill. This first repair to the window will stop the water ingress and allow the frame to dry ready for the second phase and new cill.

Hall and stairwell in bad shape after the client painstakingly stripped the wallpaper.
Walls primed with Caparol Haftgrund then sprayed with Alsecco FX spray plaster with the fleece. Corners were done using Trimtex fast edge and Knauf corner flex.
A few bits were hand balled due to space being tight but overall a good job.

Came into this job part way through, some areas had been boarded already with some rather interesting tape and jointing but easily sorted.

Plastered using Alsecco FX spray plaster and fleece using the Graco mark V, Trimtex beads and Knauf Corner Flex.
The fleece was used on the older walls for stability and to prevent cracking.
Nice job for nice clients.
