Indigo Hotel Torquay - We successfully delivered the full electrical installation based on a design and build for a 153-room hotel, providing a complete electrical solution across all areas of the development. The project included two restaurants, a fully equipped gym, spa and treatment facilities, plant rooms, switch room, and two levels of car parking.
Our scope covered internal and external lighting systems, including an advanced lighting control system, alongside small power installations, LV distribution, and full containment systems. We also installed lightning protection, as well as comprehensive fire and security systems, ensuring the building operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

We have recently completed Hounsome Fields Primary School in Basingstoke, a brand-new two-storey facility designed to accommodate up to 420 pupils aged 4–11, with provision for future expansion to 630. The building features an eight-place dedicated SEN resource provision, offering specialist spaces and systems for pupils with additional needs. Our installation supports high-efficiency electrical systems, including advanced lighting, lighting controls, and integrated building management to create a safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient learning environment.

We have just completed the Eldon Building at Portsmouth University which was a Photography suite refurbishment

The works consisted of a full refurbishment of a 550 m2 floor space to provide new teach facilities, including dark rooms, editing suites, photo studios, technical office, and general facility rooms.

Chertsey Retirement Village/Homewood Grove. Phaze has just recently completed this 116 apartments retirement village. All apartments were fitted with underfloor electric heating. Facilities include swimming pool, hairdressers and restaurant. We carried out the full electrical installation including PV fire and security.

Project Spires Oxford - Another newly completed project of over 80,000ft2 consisting of a conversion of two existing retail units into commercial offices and laboratory space including front and rear extensions. The project was them completed with a CAT A+ fit out.
