Designed and built by Maxwell Building Services, this pantry features our signature Dura Supreme custom cabinetry, a striking green and white checkerboard marble floor, and elegant brass plumbing fixtures and hardware that bring warmth and character to the space. From closed off to completely transformed. 🔨✨

This Birmingham kitchen was reimagined from the ground up to create a brighter, more functional space designed for the way this family lives today.

To make it happen, we removed two load-bearing walls and installed a large structural steel I-beam, opening the kitchen to the surrounding living areas and creating a true open-concept layout.

The finished space features our Signature Line Dura Supreme Cabinetry, quartz countertops, a custom wood-tone island, paneled Sub-Zero refrigeration, a hidden coffee bar, custom fireplace wall design, and new hardwood flooring throughout the entire main level.
Every detail was thoughtfully designed to blend beauty, functionality, and timeless craftsmanship.

For nearly 40 years, this historic home served as housing associated with Wayne State University. What started as a renovation quickly became a complete historic restoration, including a full interior gut renovation, a thoughtfully designed first-floor addition, custom cabinetry, luxury finishes, and countless decisions focused on preserving the home's original character.

This Birmingham kitchen started with an outdated, closed-off layout that no longer fit the way this family lived. Our goal was to create a brighter, more functional space that felt connected to the rest of the home.

To make it happen, we removed a load-bearing wall and installed a structural steel I-beam, opening the entire kitchen to the surrounding living areas. From there, we completed a full renovation featuring our custom cabinetry line, a new oversized island, premium countertops, hardwood flooring, high-end appliances, designer lighting, and custom details throughout.

The result is a timeless kitchen that feels larger, works better, and is built for everyday life and entertaining.

Another beautiful kitchen transformation completed in Birmingham, Michigan.

This project was much more than a cosmetic update. To create the open-concept layout our clients envisioned, we removed a major load-bearing wall and installed a large structural steel I-beam, completely changing the flow and functionality of the home.

The centerpiece of this remodel is our custom Dura Supreme Cabinetry line. Every cabinet was designed specifically for this space, providing exceptional storage, premium craftsmanship, and a timeless look that will serve this family for years to come.
