Customer requested that a small area of the ceiling in the lounge be skimmed over due to poor condition and loose plaster. Area was repaires and section of ceiling skimmed over, including a mist coat and then painted when dry. Rest of ceiling and walls painted, freshening up the lounge.

Render patch done under bedroom window and exterior front, scraped off any flaking paint, stabilised, render patch sealed and painted in 2 coats of white and black masonry paint.
Lower bay also mended, with a scratch cost, sbr/sealant and given a pebble dash finish.
