As defined, a DUPLEX house plan has 2 living units attached to each other. Generally, they look identical, simply the mirror image of the other. This beautiful modern house however, surprises a lot of unsuspecting guests. A duplex but doesn’t seem like one.

The house design is an outcome of the collaboration between the WMDC designers and the creative minds of the owners. The asymmetrical proportion is intentional to give more character to the elevation. Built on a small corner lot, the planning stage required challenging and endless brainstorming. The result is this compact and functional home which specifically caters to the needs of the clients.
