Our second award is the Level Up Award.
The Level Up Award recognizes someone who has dramatically increased their impact over the past year through growth, drive, and commitment. It’s the person who didn’t stay where they started — they learned, leveled up, took on more, and proved what’s possible when effort meets opportunity. This year, our Level Up Award has two winners.
Leadership doesn’t always look loud—and that’s exactly what makes it powerful.
Both individuals started at the ground level and put in the work day after day. No spotlight, no “rah-rah”—just consistent effort, a commitment to learning, and the willingness to step up whenever called upon. They built their skills, earned responsibility, and demonstrated the character we value most at Malouf.
Because of that, they’ve achieved something not easily earned—the respect of their fellow crew members. That kind of transition takes humility, grit, and integrity, and they’ve done it the right way. And the best part? This is just the beginning.
