A little piece of the previous property still remains…

We bought this property in 2021, most of the property was overgrown and needed a major reset. This flower bed we have intentionally left mostly untouched since we bought the property. We dug a few plants out of this flower garden to add into our flower beds but otherwise, we enjoy this bed just the way it was planted and grown originally, as a memory of the sweet lady that treated us so kindly when we lived a few houses down the road years before.

Around the previous house, there were so many great plants that we transplanted in our current landscape today. Knowing her plants and flowerbeds live on and we tried not to destroy them with the demo/build makes our flowers and flowerbeds a little more special.

What a kind gesture!

Another perk to the work I do are the kind gestures and personal connections made.

A few weeks ago, a customer put a little gift box together with energy drinks and snacks to make I was energized and at least took a quick snack break during her large mulching job.

We get kind notes in the envelopes with their payments, nice gestures/gifts around the holidays and even suckers/candy for the kids.

Truly blessed by the best customers! 💕 Little things like this make the long hours and commitment of owning a business even more special.

One of my favorite things about owning my own business is the different jobs that keep my days changing. Here’s my work view from the other day. No two days are alike and that’s a really neat thing!

My other favorite thing about what I do, the killer farmers tan/hat lines I have going on... 😂🤣 (okay maybe not a favorite thing!)

Another small project with a big impact.

This customer had a tree removed and the stump ground by Shufflebotham Tree Service. We cleaned up the stump grinding debris, added some good soil and planted new grass in this area.

We hope to catch an after photo in a few weeks!
