Found a loose live wire behind this socket.
The person that wired this issued a installation certificate. The next electrician managed to get readings on his meter to test and pass this on a condition report.
Or he sat in his van and made some numbers up, charged for a days work and gone with in an hour.
You can't test a ring circuit if the circuit isn't a ring.
