Great work from the team to restore this gable elevation & chimney on this grade II listed building. All stonework to the front elevation removed and restored with extensive queues to repair the window.
Chimney taken down and rebuilt with complete new Leadwork and reclaimed brick. All built back with Lime mortar.

Bat boxes installed around the property to keep inline with the ecology report.

Fantastic progress by the team on this grade II listed building for Boconnoc Estate. Structural works are required to rebuild the chimney and rear gable elevation. Reclaimed bricks and Delabole stone being used to best match existing. Full ecology report undertaken and Bat boxes installed.

We were delighted to provide Pensilva Primary School with a new forest school & activities shed over the February half term.
Despite adverse weather conditions, we managed to suitably protect all areas during the work.
We were able to deliver this small project with minimal cost to the school thanks to a cladding & timber frame package supplied very efficiently by & respectively.

Fantastic effort from the team getting these structural steels installed on this existing extension. Original steels were disintegrating and rusted. A very complex job in confined spaces but dealt with brilliantly by all on site. Major design and propping was installed for the intricacies of taking out small sections of steel at a time.

Finishes of render and decoration to be completed when monsoon season is over!

Great to see the glass balcony installed on our project in Polruan. Due to ineffective workmanship we were asked to strip back this flat roof and reinstall new Bauder LiquiTEC roof Liquidek system fully guaranteed for 20 years. Glass Balcony installed, with just Porcelain tiles on Mapei profilpas pedestals left to install to complete the project.
Internal works were also required due to the damp ingress with all balcony doors stripped out and reinstalled to make sure all elements are weathertight.

New site set up this week for full renovation of this farmhouse for
Delighted to finally get this one started and update on the project as it progresses.

Another fantastic Lime pointing project completed by the team. Old cement mortar hacked out and new NHL 3.5 hydraulic lime mortar installed allowing this wall to breathe and stay water tight. New leadworks and remedial works to porch roof completed also.
