As the Building & Engineering Faculty Chair, Isaac plays a critical role beyond the classroom. He helps shape curriculum, recruit and mentor instructors, and ensure learning pathways stay aligned with the latest industry standards and real-world needs. His leadership helps keep the Center of Excellence content current, relevant, and built for today’s professionals.

The pool and spa industry showed up in a big way on Capitol Hill.

PHTA's 2026 Day on the Hill brought together more than 50 industry leaders to meet with lawmakers across 70+ congressional offices in a single day. Topics included energy choice, workforce access, the PRO Codes Act, and swim safety initiatives like the SWIM Act.
