Fruit bowl turned today 26cm x 10cm. Finished with friction polish. Local wood - not sure but probably pear.

Some roughing out today. Going to be making some Christmas decorations - these will be very ‘green’ as they are non-plastic, reusable and virtually unbreakable. There will also be spinning tops, spurtles (traditional stirring sticks) from this batch. Watch this space.

The shavings all went on the garden for w**d suppression.
