We’re proud to be helping sponsor the local Showbiz Queenstown show opening tonight.
Normally our jobs involve framing walls, fixing problems and trying not to lose tape measures. The theatre world’s a bit different.
To be honest, the toughest job we’ve dealt with over the last few months hasn’t been on site — it’s been listening to my wife rehearse the same songs and lines 400 times while acting like I know what “hitting your mark” means.
In all seriousness though, community theatre takes a huge amount of work and commitment, and we’re proud to support the people who make it happen.

Introducing Zelia Grizzo as Violet Newstead - the no-nonsense (well... maybe a bit of nonsense...) Senior Secretary at 'Consolidated Industries'. Violet knows the ropes and has her sights set on a promotion!
This will be Zelia's 5th show on stage with Showbiz Queenstown and she is pretty darn amped to get out there and belt out some absolute bangers with this fabulous, fun-loving cast. She is especially stoked to finally take to the stage with her bestie, Natasha!
Zelia’s fav line in the show… “Mrs Rhodes, I’m not that kind of boy!”
