One of the challenges of being a home-based shop is that we are having trouble becoming a Google-verified business, which makes collecting reviews a little more difficult. That's why moments like this mean so much to us.
Recently, we received a handwritten note from a customer sharing how happy he was with the service he received. What makes this story even more special is that years ago, long before Burner Built was even an idea, Darrian repaired a wheel for him. He kept Darrian's number all these years, and when he needed another wheel repaired, he knew exactly who to call.
To us, that's worth more than any online review.
We love building relationships with our customers and being the people they trust to call when they need something fixed or built. Watching those connections grow over the years is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
