Ever notice how paint touch-ups never quite blend in?

It’s not bad paint.
It’s not bad prep.
It’s the sun doing what it does best—being absolutely relentless.

UV exposure slowly breaks down paint pigments over time, causing fading and color shift. Even if we use the exact same color and product, the surrounding surface has already aged… and the new paint hasn’t. So instead of “invisible repair,” you get the dreaded patchwork effect.

This is why we often recommend:
• Full-wall or section repaints instead of spot touch-ups
