We believe this is because young people aren't pursuing the trades as much as they did when your grandpa was in his prime. The "college-for-all" culture has left the vast majority of Gen Y and Gen Z chasing dreams that are now getting gobbled up by AI.

After work on Thursday night, one of our employees passed away. Isaiah Jimenez was a dedicated apprentice. Throughout his career with us he showed much promise and drive to apply himself, learn the plumbing trade well, to become a lead mechanic one day. He truly had what it takes. However, his life ended too quickly.
He will be missed by our family at Pendergrass & Holder, many of whom were quite close to him.
Please pray for his family and friends during the trying days ahead.
