A nice easy one to finish off the week; I moved this 90mm stormwater pipe over to the other wall, ready for the down pipe to be moved by Torque Roofing.

Helped Torque Roofing out this morning and moved the gas line that was running through the roof. Now ready for him to redo the flashings and stop the leaks that have been happening.

Yesterday, repairs were made to the storm water drains and downpipes on these sheds, with a follow-up visit scheduled when the ground is dry to link up with the house water tank.

The Lancefield project is now complete, featuring a master ensuite with double rose shower rails, basin, and toilet. The main bathroom comprises a toilet, basin, single rose shower rail, urinal, and a Japanese soaking tub. The laundry is equipped with 2x front load washing machines and a trough. The kitchen boasts a 5-burner gas oven, a concealed dishwasher, and a large trough for the main sink. A 400L Rinnai electric hot water system supplies hot water throughout. Additionally, 5x TCL split systems and a fireplace have been installed to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

We are currently undertaking another renovation project in Lancefield, where the rough-in was completed some time ago. We are now progressing to the fit-off stage, which includes 2x bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and hot water service, and the final result will be unveiled soon.
