Kitchen fit off complete 🔧🚰

Went to cut the pipe down below the socket and felt something strange inside the pipe… turns out someone had actually heated the pipe up just to bend it over at a right angle 🤣

No shortcuts here — fitted the correct fittings and did the job properly. Kitchen is now fully installed, running perfectly, and leak free 👌

Customer called us out due to flooding around the shed whenever it rained.

We installed new stormwater pipework and connected the shed downpipes into the stormwater system to improve drainage and stop water build-up.

We also completed a separate stormwater connection for the pergola area by connecting onto existing stormwater system.

Now all stormwater can freely flow away as it should. 🌧️💧

Customer called us out for a leaking sprinkler that was constantly running 💧

After fault finding, we discovered the solenoid diaphragm had split and the solenoid was stuck on❌

We replaced the faulty solenoid and got the irrigation system back up and running correctly with no more leaks ✅

Kitchen renovation underway 🔨

While capping off the plumbing, we found the water points had been connected using kinko nuts and plastic olives ❌

We opened the wall and jackhammered out the brickwork to repair it properly, making everything compliant and ready for the new kitchen installation ✅

We also discovered the gas line had been connected using a kinko nut and olive 🆘 — definitely not something you want hidden inside a wall.

That’s now been repaired correctly and safely as well 👌

Another leak sorted 👌

Customer noticed a wet spot in the yard, so we came out to investigate. After digging around the area, we found a small split in the blueline pipe caused by a tree root pushing against it.

We repaired the leak, cleaned up the area, and while we were there, replaced a damaged pit to help manage excess stormwater properly.

All fixed and flowing as it should 💧

Client reported water coming through the ceiling in the early hours — never a good sign. We were on-site fast and straight up into the roof to track it down.

🔍 Issue found:
• Split flexi hose
• Leaking water pipe in the roof
• Water making its way through the roof flashing

🛠️ What we did:
• Replaced the faulty valve and flexi hose
• Repaired the roof leak
• Installed a new ball valve at ground level for easy water shut-off
