Minnesota didn’t disappoint.

We spent a few days with Brian's Insulation Inc. digging into core values and ARCI charts, the kind of work that gets a team aligned and actually excited about accountability.

Good people doing good work.

Quick jersey swap, then we were back on the road to see Northland Companies.

The corporate anthropology went deep on that one. What they’ve already built is impressive, our job was just helping them see it clearly and map out what’s next.

Two great companies. Two very different conversations. That’s what we love about this work.

We’ve messed up. A lot.

19 years of building Beyond and we still don’t have it all figured out.

But here’s what we do know — everything is figure-out-able. Not alone, though. Never alone.

The wins didn’t come when things got easy. They came when we got raw about what wasn’t working, committed to the trek even when it sucked, and leaned into the herd, the people around us who made us better than we ever could’ve been on our own.
