Meet Thembinkosi “Junior” Hadebe, a dedicated safety professional. With several years at G4 Mining and Civils, Junior has built a reputation for commitment, discipline, and teamwork on site.

If given the chance to switch roles for a day, he would step into the shoes of a contracts manager to better understand the pressures of overseeing major operations. His long-term goal is simple: keep growing through knowledge, experience, and training.

When he’s not on site, Junior enjoys soccer, travelling, and a good potjie with wild meat. If he could have any superpower, it would be the ability to fly, a fitting symbol of aiming high.

Today we’re introducing Otto Manganye from our Procurement division. With nearly a decade at G4 Mining and Civils, Otto has played a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly behind the scenes.

His journey began at the Tweefontein Project, where he discovered his interest in the civils sector.

Since then, he has built his career on reliability, patience, and collaboration.
Otto says the best part of working at G4MC is the team spirit. Colleagues are always ready to assist and work together to overcome challenges. When he’s not working, you might find him singing, acting, or enjoying a traditional braai meal.

His guiding principle is simple but powerful: do not burn bridges.
