The key to safe CCA timber lies in three principles:

And we take these seriously at every stage:
🔧 Off-site preparation
All timber is cut, sanded, and sealed before installation, eliminating any exposure to dust or untreated surfaces at your home.
🪵 Expert finishing
Every piece is thoroughly sanded and smoothed, with extra care given to edges and corners to prevent splinters.
🛡️ Triple-layer protection
We apply a minimum of three coats of high-quality exterior sealer, protecting against UV damage, weathering, and wear.
🌧️ Ground-contact protection
All timber in contact with the ground is coated with bitumen waterproofing to:
• Reduce the risk of chemical leaching into soil
• Extend the lifespan of the structure
📌 Ongoing care matters
To maintain safety and durability, regular re-sealing is essential. Full maintenance guidelines are included in our Terms & Conditions (available on request).
