A highly enjoyable project for a wonderful couple in Durbanville. The existing deck and pergola had warped over time and needed completely replacing.

The removal of the old deck revealed a weak substructure that needed a lot of strengthening and levelling before proceeding.

The end result is a fresh and modern relaxation space that not only looks great, but is strong enough to last a VERY long time.

The first step in this job was to sure up the existing substructure. The original structure was unsafe and poorly constructed, meaning that we needed to first make sure the foundation was solid before we could continue to erect the new pergola and lay new decking boards!
