Coastal Painting and Waterproofing installs locally manufacturered roof insulation which caters to the requirements of South Africa with regards to the new law passed in December 2011 that requires that all new dwellings and structures be fitted with roofing insulation. The product is manufacturered from recycled plastic bottles that have been converted to a fibre also known as P.E.T. which makes the Insulation range environmentally friendly. Each roll has an average of 340 recycled plastic bottles ad weighs an average of 7kg per roll. This not only makes the product denser than the equivalent opposition but also allows us to achieve a higher "R" value with a focus on the environment. What is Eco Roof Insulation?

It is a product that has been manufactured from recycled plastic bottles that saves you money and energy.
The plastic bottles have been converted into a fibre also known as P.E.T. which is environmentally friendly.

The plastic bottles are transformed into a fibre that is placed in your roof to keep your house cool in summer or warm in winter.
Each roll has an average of 340 recycled plastic bottles and weighs an average of 7kg per roll.

The fibre is allergy free, dust free, no itching, no loose fibres, perfect for areas where you have down lights, eco-friendly, will not burn.
This product is recommended by ESKOM. It is also recommended to insulate your geyser with a geyser blanket to save more energy.

The products is SABS approved (SANS 10177-9) and ISA 9001:2008 compliant.
