🔋 4 BSL Batteries. One Properly Engineered Battery Bank.

For this installation, we installed a 400A DC busbar to provide a dedicated common connection point for the customer’s four BSL lithium batteries.

Each battery was connected to the busbar using 2 metres of 35mm² cable, providing dedicated and consistent connection paths for the battery bank.

The result is a cleaner, more professional DC installation designed to promote balanced current sharing across all four batteries while making the system easier to maintain and service.

SOLAR SYSTEM UPGRADE AT COPPERLEAF GOLF & COUNTRY ESTATE ⛳

A client at Copperleaf Golf & Country Estate contacted us after experiencing poor performance from their existing solar system.

When we arrived, our diagnostics uncovered several serious issues:

• Multiple PV panels were disconnected
• One of the solar panels was cracked
• Battery fuses had blown
• Batteries were swollen
• Two different versions of inverters were being used
• Damaged and poor PV connections required attention
• The existing installation required significant upgrades to improve safety and compliance

We repaired the PV connections and then completely upgraded the system to provide a safer, more reliable and properly protected installation.

The new system includes:

• Deye 16kW inverter
• 3 × Greenrich WM5000 5kWh batteries, 1.5C rated
