We are proud to be working closely with IHS Towers South Africa, who recently facilitated an intimate, collaborative, and highly conversational Health and Safety Workshop for our team.

Bringing together Heads of Departments from our key contracting partners alongside the IHS team allowed us to look at safety from a unified perspective.

When it comes to complex operations, negligence often hides in the gaps between different teams. By sitting at the same table, we were able to:
Break down silos to align our safety protocols directly with IHS standards across different contractor teams.

Target the root causes of oversight by focusing on practical, day-to-day mindfulness and active hazard prevention.

Commit to a shared standard of care where every worker on site, regardless of their badge, looks out for one another.

A massive thank you to the IHS facilitators for guiding such an engaging session, and to all the HODs who brought their insights, candid experiences, and commitment to the table. When we collaborate openly, we build safer, stronger workspaces for everyone.
