Role Overview
As a Junior Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting team members to meet performance goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily operations and team performance
- Monitor productivity and ensure adherence to company and project standards
- Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Help implement and maintain operational procedures
- Report on team progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with senior supervisors and management to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus)
- Ideal for candidates in the early stages of their career, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
