Another incredible project is nearing completion, and what a privilege it's been to be part of this journey.

Set right on the beautiful beachfront in Wilderness, this renovation has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We're now in the final stages, with the finishing touches coming together, and it's exciting to see the vision become a reality.

🏡 WHY CHOOSE A CAVITY WALL?

A cavity wall is much more than just two walls with a gap between them—it's a smarter way to build.

The cavity creates a barrier that helps prevent rainwater from reaching the inside of your home. Any moisture that penetrates the outer brickwork drains safely down the cavity and exits through weep holes, keeping the inner wall dry.

💧 Why are weep holes so important?

Weep holes allow trapped water to escape while promoting airflow through the cavity. This ventilation helps the wall "breathe," preventing moisture from becoming trapped inside. The result is less damp, mould, peeling paint, and long-term structural damage.

Still in awe every time I visit this home we built last year.

Perched right on the rocks with uninterrupted, infinity ocean views, this house is everything we envisioned and more — modern, elegant, and simply breathtaking from every angle. I recently stopped by and captured some (very amateur!) footage, but even that couldn’t hide just how special this place truly is.

The way the home opens up to the ocean, the endless horizon, the peaceful sound of the water… it’s something you have to experience to fully appreciate. Sitting on the balcony with a coffee never gets old — it’s just unreal.

Most importantly, the clients absolutely love their home, and seeing them so happy and settled makes it all worth it. It was truly an honor and a privilege to bring this vision to life for such wonderful people.

Progress update from our new site in Breakwater Bay Estate 🏗️

We’ve officially cast the foundations and are currently busy building up the foundation walls. The progress so far has been fantastic, and we’re incredibly excited about this project.

This home is going to be absolutely stunning once completed. While there’s still a long road ahead before the final result, it’s already amazing to see it starting to take shape.

We’re very grateful to be working in such a beautiful location, and we can’t wait to share more updates as the build continues. Watch this space!

Big progress happening at our latest build in Breakwater Bay Estate! 🏗️

We’re excited to share that we are almost finished with the concrete roof formwork and steel installation. The structure is really starting to take shape, and it’s incredible to see the vision coming together piece by piece.

Next up: casting the concrete soon — a major milestone for this spectacular home. Once the concrete is poured, the roof structure will officially come to life, bringing us one big step closer to the final result.

Projects like this remind us why we love what we do. Watching a house evolve from plans and foundations into something truly special is always rewarding.

We can’t wait to show you the next stage of this build — stay tuned as this beautiful home continues to rise! 👏
