Fascia Board Repairs & Painting

Removed all fascia boards
Removed all damaged 38mm wood brandering
Supplied and installed with new 38 x 38mm wood brandering including wood brandering supports
All new wood brandering treated with a wood preservative/insect repellent
Refitted fascia boards
All screw holes filled and sanded down to a smooth finish
Prepared and cleaned fascia boards
Removed all loose paint
Treated fascia boards with 1 X coat primer
And 2 X coats top coats colour white

Roof Repairs

Removed all existing membrane/sealant from gullies and chimney area
Prepared and cleaned completely
Filled gullies using a screed mix
Screed chimney area to create a water run off
Sealed lifted tiles
Ridge caps: Removed loose and damaged mortar
Refilled major cracks/damages
Ridge caps and gulley treated with 2 X top coats liquid plastic

Fireplace Flue Pipe Repairs

Removed existing flue pipe system completely
Supplied and installed with new stainless steel flue pipe system
Kit consists of 4 x new flue pipes
2 X 90° angles
2 X 45° angles
1 x Storm cowel
2 X flue pipe covers

Harvey Tile Roof Repairs

Removed all bent and damaged tiles
Straightened and repaired
Refitted all tiles
All tiles screwed to existing wood brandering
Kinks in tiles sealed using a paintable sealant
Refitted existing flashing using 5mm wall plugs
Flashing sealed to parapet wall using a membrane and liquid plastic system
Flashing sealed to Harvey tile using a screed mix
Entire roof treated with 2 X top coats liquid plastic

Removed existing steel door and door frame
Manufactured and installed with a 3mm door frame
Custom bent to suit door opening and to prevent wall from cracking further
Door frame bent using 3mm cold roll mild steel plate
Frame raw bolted to existing wall using 12 X M8 raw bolts
Manufactured 1 X steel door inner frame 50 X 38mm rectangular tube
2mm outer plate
Supplied and installed with 3 X heavy duty door hinges
1 X SABS approve ultra pin lock
Supplied and installed with vent system within steel door
Vents custom bent
Supplied and installed with 50 X 50mm security mesh supports behind vents
Steel door frame including steel door prepared and cleaned
Treated with 2 X coats Etch primer and 2 X top coats QD enamel
Repaired wall cracks

Manufactured and installed 2 X Clearview sliding gates
Clearview fence used

Solid panels: Supplied and installed with 9 X upright posts using 76 X 76 X 2mm square tube
Post foundations 300 X 300mm W X +-400mm Deep
Posts fitted with foundation supports
Stabilising supports fitted to gate posts 50 X 50 X 2mm square tube
Support foundations 300 X 300mm W X 300mm Deep including foundation supports
Installed 2 X stabilising supports to sliding gate side
Sliding gate rail manufactured using 76 X 50 X 2mm lip channel, 30 X 5mm angle iron, 16mm round bar +-12m
Lip channel fitted with foundation supports
Foundation 300mm W X 300mm Deep
All foundations to be filled with a concrete mix using a 32.5 ITE Cement, including gate motor foundations X 2 and turnstile foundation.
