in Stanford. Ten years ago in April, with the same stormy weather as today’s, together with a roaring fire, we launched the exclusive Mosaic Lagoon Lodge’s new interior.

Perched on the lagoon and nestled amongst age old milk wood trees and abundant fijnbos, their five luxury safari styled chalets were treated to a whole new look. Each one themed around the birdlife that thrives there.

A wonderful project that also saw the lounge, the bar, dining and outside areas receive entirely new bespoke furniture, seating and soft furnishing, reflecting a more neutral and layered finish. The owner needed us to turn this around in five weeks. And we delivered!

Fascinating spending time and being completely absorbed seeing Henry Moore’s phenomenal sculptures set within the sweeping gardens of his estate in Much Hadham, East Hertfordshire. And experiencing the guided tour of his home, Hoglands. Everything as it was, beautifully protected.
