🔨 Roof Waterproofing Completed – Westering 🏠

This project involved rubberising of both the tiled roof and corrugated roof sheeting using Ultraflex Liquid Rubber, providing a seamless waterproof barrier and long-term protection against the elements.

🔨 Roof Refurbishment & Waterproofing Completed 🏠

Another quality project delivered by NMBM Dynamic Projects (Pty) Ltd 💪

This project involved the replacement of existing IBR roof sheeting to various areas of the home, along with comprehensive waterproofing works to ensure long-term protection.

Our scope:
✅ Replacement of existing IBR roof sheeting
✅ Waterproofing of box gutters
✅ Rubberising of existing roof sheeting

Project Update 🔨

Progress continues on our existing project at the mall ablation facility.

Brickwork is now nearing completion, setting the stage for the next phases of the build.

Up next will be plastering, ceilings, tiling, plumbing, and electrical and lighting works as the project moves forward.

Solid progress by the team on site. More updates to follow. ✔️
