Part 4 of the Teal and Copper Polymer Clay Series.
This week, I did Stripes.
😍😍😍 Stripes are always so satisfying.

Each week I use the same colors with a different Polymer Clay technique or design, to see which truly shows off the colors the best. This is a close second to week 1, in all honesty.

I half failed on this one.
I have this ceramic plant pot on my desk, and I tried to replicate the design. It worked out pretty cute in the end, but definitely something I need to work on and try again. Really do love how well these went with my little Christmas trees 🌲❤️

I used Fimo Leather Effect in Ivory, and mixed blue and yellow sculpey to get the green.

I mixed Sea Sand into Fimo Leather Effect Polymer Clay to create this Faux Granite look. Watch to the end to see the reveal.

Fimo is fast becoming one of my favorite clays to work with. I love Ina hot climate area, and it's hold up perfectly on hot days.

Playing around with some scraps again. I must say, I didn't quite like these. I think it was the texture I added. Should have gone with my original thought, which was sandpaper. I did like swirling two scrap clays together, will try it again with other scraps and see how it turns out.

Just playing around with some colors and techniques. The result was kinda cute, but not loving it. Sometimes it's not about the end result, but more about the experience and learning new concepts.
