Should these prices align with your expectations, we kindly request:

1. **LOI with all requested tonnages, duration of the contract, and confirmation of price**

We kindly request that you provide us with a Letter of Intent (LOI) outlining the desired tonnages, duration of the contract, and confirmation of the agreed-upon price. Once the LOI is received and mutually accepted, we will proceed with sending a Full corporate offer (FCO) agreement for your convenience.

2. **Lawyer to Lawyer verification of funds**

To ensure a smooth and secure transaction process, we suggest a Lawyer-to-Lawyer verification of funds. This step ensures both parties' interests are safeguarded and promotes transparency in the business dealings.

3. **We issue a date for sampling**

Once the necessary agreements are in place, we will proceed with scheduling a sampling date at your convenience. This will enable you to assess the quality of the products and proceed with the subsequent steps.

4. **Pay and load your product**
