Job Opportunity: Construction Manager at Penta Building Projects
Location: Pretoria, Montana
Position: Construction Manager
Qualifications:
- Diploma or BSc Degree in Construction Management (or related)
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in construction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Review projects to plan schedules and estimate costs.
• Supervise all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage construction workers and subcontractors.
• Choose tools, materials, and equipment, and keep track of inventory.
• Ensure all contractual performance conditions are met.
• Monitor daily progress of work.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• In-depth understanding of construction management processes and methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Proficient in using construction management software.
• Solid experience in all aspects of construction.
• Exceptional project management and leadership abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple projects at once and performing well under pressure.
