Breaking down walls and pantry. Remove all wall tiles and redo wall tiles. Mount all cupboards, counter tops, kick plates, part of ceiling, corners. All electrical, new plug points, lights etc. All plumbing and install new sink and tap. Paint ceiling and walls.
