This gate required more than just replacing the wheels. To restore smooth and reliable operation, we:

✔ Replaced the gate wheels
✔ Adjusted the rack
✔ Modified the padlock lug
✔ Adjusted the catch bracket
✔ Realigned the guide roller bridge to suit the new wheel height

Everything is now aligned properly and running the way it should again.
