This was one of our latest projects that got wrapped up recently.
A complete demo of a place that was home to a family for 15 years before they finally decided to bring it back to life.
It was an honour and privilege to be part of this process and give our client something new for their family to enjoy.

Our project in Somerset West is coming along nicely!

Last couple of steps is to complete the finishing of this amazing house, and finally turn it into a HOME!

We have spared no expense , and lacked absolutely no quality with regards to the build of this project. It has truly been one of our favourites thus far.

The attention to detail was very important during this project, and we had to make sure that the vision the architect had for this project was seen throughout every angle of this home.

I think it's safe to say that we have achieved this.

Superstructure is complete at our Somerset West new build.

Next item is to hit the pool and commence with the plastering as well as get this beauty of a house water tight.

Thanks to everyone involved in getting this project to this point. We truly believe we have the best team and together we can achieve great things.

This is a beautiful 350m2 home designed by the CSA - Collin Sherriff Architecture firm. Be sure to keep a look out for some special details still to be installed/constructed.

There are those blessed with talents to paint beautiful canvasses.

AEP doesn't posses this talent.

However, we were blessed with the ability to take a God given beauty, and frame it into our own canvas with our God given talents, which involves creating with concrete and brick🙏🏽

First floor slab complete✔️

Now for the next stage which is the brickwork to wallplate height.
