Vosloo project

That's where we are on this project.. foundation phase..will share total costs at the end. Thanks to those who assisted in sharing the supplies of the clay bricks and concrete mix.. mampara (clay bricks) sourced at R0.80 each exclusive transport.. contrete R5400 16m2 ( we have over purchased on this one. Lot is remaining but decided to do a concrete paving after everything)
Still looking for steel frame doors. Meduim or heavy duty new or second hand ( but good condition). Lowest price I got R350 each. Looking for cost of aluminum windows 1.2 by 900 x 4 and 600 by 900 x 4 and wooden external doors.. assist with prices...

Main house consisting of 3 bedrooms open plan sitting dining and kitchen also to be fix for income generating property. Occupation estimated 1 jan 2023

Estimated Budget for this 2 project 30k

1. Planning 2 outside rooms plus garage

A. Fixing electrical supply DB boxes and cables there and there
B adding 3 line boundary wall and outside toilet and plastering the outbuilding of the rooms and the boundary wall additions
C. First coating of plaster primer painting
D. Tiling rooms garage and toilet
E. garage ceiling and dry wall on side
F. 3 x outside Doors and handles
G. Painting and ready to money in

I need help with the cost of the following building materials. Area is Vosloorus n surroundings.

I need to beat this prices

Concrete mix - R500 m3
Building sand - R500 m3
Clay brick - R1.5 per brick new inc delivery
Cement -R80 per bag
Maxi brick - R3.20 each
Mesh Ref245. Not sure

I need 2 take this journey 2geda. so we a going 2 build a 3 outside rooms in vosloo. I need us 2 share, source and recommend suppliers. Rooms are based in vosloo ext 6. budget 150k. Please suggest good reasonable suppliers. If u have build before or looking to.this is going to be interesting for u.I am going to give away R1000 for someone who will go through me all the way n assist me in finding the cheapest quality quotes.
