🌍 Never Despise Small Beginnings

♻️ Every journey starts somewhere…

These photos take us back to 2021 — when we produced some of our very first pavers at Plastpave Zambia.

At the time, we didn’t have the most advanced setup.

We were experimenting, learning, failing, improving, and trying again.

Some days were tough.

Some results were imperfect.

But we kept going.

Looking back today, these pavers represent more than just a product. They represent resilience, innovation, and the courage to start before everything is figured out.

Every challenge became a lesson.

Every setback became part of the process.

Today, as we continue developing sustainable solutions from waste plastic, we remain proud of these humble beginnings — because they laid the foundation for everything we are building now 🌱

To every innovator, entrepreneur, and dreamer: Don’t stop because the journey gets difficult. Keep refining.

Keep learning. Keep building.

Great things take time ♻️💚

We’ve been quietly building… now it’s time to open the doors. 🌍♻️

Plastpave Zambia is proud to officially launch our website.

What started as a mission to tackle plastic waste has grown into a working solution—transforming hard-to-recycle plastics into durable, eco-friendly products now being used in real applications.

We are not just recycling.
We are building alternatives to deforestation and creating sustainable infrastructure from waste.

This journey has taken persistence, experimentation, and a deep belief that waste can be reimagined into something valuable.

This is more than a website.
It’s a window into what’s possible when innovation meets purpose.

🚀 Explore what we’re building: https://plastpavezambia.com

As we grow, we’re opening doors to partners, collaborators, and supporters ready to be part of this journey.

🌍♻️ Turning “Unrecyclable” Plastic into Possibility! ♻️🌍

Our recent School Educational Demo Tour for school and school was nothing short of inspiring!

This time, we focused on something many people overlook — hard-to-recycle plastics like cookie wrappers, crisp packets, noodle packaging, and assorted multilayer plastics that usually end up in landfills or burnt.

Instead of seeing waste, our young learners saw raw material for innovation.

During the tour, students experienced:

🔎 A hands-on plastic treasure hunt (identifying different types of waste)
🎨 Take home Arts & crafts using repurposed materials
♻️ Live demonstrations on how difficult plastics can be transformed
💡 Real conversations about environmental responsibility and creative problem-solving

When children understand that even “non-recyclable” plastic can have value, their mindset shifts from disposal to design. That’s where true grassroots innovation begins.

We are now inviting more schools to register for our interactive educational demo tours.

Let’s teach our learners that sustainability isn’t theory — it’s action.

📩 Schools can send us a message to book a session.

The future will be built by those who see potential where others see waste. 💚

At Plastpave Zambia we believe that trash is Treasure and waste is wealth. Using our innovative Chitukuko kit , we've developed local grassroot technology , by Zambians , for Zambians for the production of various products such as pavers and boards.

Our innovation is also producing Syngas from waste plastic for our sustainable Waste to Energy initiative. Ultimately , we are demonstrating 'Waste to Value' viability resulting in a clean and green Zambia 🇿🇲
