1. Assistant Engineering Manager – Ndola Workshop
Full-time | Ndola
Requirements:
• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in automotive/workshop maintenance
• Strong leadership and technical capability
• Sound knowledge of HSE standards
• Computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence

2. Automotive / Service Electrician
Full-time | Ndola
Requirements:
• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Automotive Electrical
• 4–7 years’ relevant experience
• Strong understanding of vehicle and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Valid driver’s licence

3. Maintenance Planner
Full-time | Ndola
Requirements:
• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Fitting or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ automotive experience
• Strong planning, scheduling and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and related computer systems

4. Lathe Operator
Full-time | Ndola
Requirements:
• Proven experience operating manual and/or CNC lathes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Technical or vocational training will be an added advantage

Following the completion of startup procedures and the necessary retraining briefings, all three rigs have successfully commenced production at our Lumwana Project ✅🛠️
