Pile foundations are used when surface soils can’t safely support the loads of a structure. By transferring those loads to deeper, more competent ground, they create the stable foundation that everything above relies on.

At First Mutual Arundel Office Park, our team successfully executed pile foundation works to transfer structural loads safely into competent ground conditions.

A significant milestone for Twenty First Century Contractors.

We are proud to announce the successful completion and handover of both sites under our contract for the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Harare.

From project commencement in 2025 to final handovers in 2026, this project reflects the teamwork, dedication and commitment of everyone involved.

Before the completion of the 12-month defect liability period, the combined project value has reached US$2.4 million.
