“When your solar system starts working for cockroaches instead of you 🪳😅⚡”

Got called to check a 3kVA system we installed 8 months ago — client said it shuts down as soon as the sun goes.
We arrive, everything looks fine… until we open the inverter and battery 😳
Full cockroach invasion. Small, big, alive, dead — they had even damaged the battery BMS.
Turns out the backroom had become a food storage area — perfect home for unwanted “tenants.”
Fix:
✔ Replaced damaged BMS
✔ Cleaned the system
✔ Advised on hygiene + pest control
System now working perfectly — business continues 💡💰
Lesson: Keep your solar area clean… not every customer pays rent 😅

⚡ From Darkness to Proper Power 😅🔌

In 2024, a client called me after being disappointed by a “village champion” installer. His 3.2kVA system only worked for a few hours — just draining battery power with no proper charging.
After a week in the dark and no help from the original installer, he found us on Facebook. Honestly, he was doubtful… but gave us a chance.
We drove to Norton and found a complete mess 😬
Instead of patching, we stripped everything and rebuilt the system properly.
⏱️ 3 hours later…
Fridge ✅ TV ✅ Lights ✅ — everything working perfectly.
The man called his wife and kids to come celebrate 😄👏
Up to today, he has given me 5+ jobs and referrals — all from that one fix.
