The 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 in Dubai was a big moment for our Senior Digital Delivery Manager, Nohier Elsamny, who received the 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 Award.

It is a category that fits neatly with her talk at the same event on mindful digitalization: not automating for the sake of it, but using technology in ways that help people work better.

We love seeing our people succeed, and it was really nice to see Nohier recognized in this way.

At InSite, we like to play, experiment, test the edges, and find new ways of doing things.

So our Dubai team was very much in its element at KEO Creates: The Playground, joining colleagues from across KEO Group for a hands-on session built around creativity and play.

From stop-motion landscapes with toys to spaghetti high-rises and quick drawing challenges, it was all about fresh thinking, experimentation, and just the right amount of healthy chaos.

With AI adoption accelerating demand for digital infrastructure across the Kingdom, Maged Elhamady’s contribution to the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗞𝗦𝗔 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 focused on what this shift means for design and delivery.

For InSite, this means testing land use, movement, phasing, landscape performance, and environmental conditions earlier in planning.

That is where Maged’s work in digital integration comes in, bringing structure to models, data, and workflows so teams can coordinate decisions earlier, reduce gaps between disciplines, and carry design intent through to delivery.
