This space was envisioned through a balance of soft contemporary detailing, warm walnut textures, sculptural lighting, and curated material compositions that bring depth and elegance into every corner.

From the custom wall treatments to the layered lighting atmosphere, every element was carefully designed to create a timeless and immersive living environment.

Clean lines, warm wood tones, and subtle marble details create a balanced and inviting atmosphere. The sculptural table and custom seating add character, while the lighting piece above brings a soft sense of movement to the space.

A private luxury villa in Al Qairawan, Riyadh, designed around a calm inner courtyard where water, light, and architecture meet.

The project is centered around a sunken outdoor space featuring a pool and a fire lounge, creating a seamless indoor outdoor living experience.

Full height glass, warm natural stone, and soft integrated lighting shape a refined and modern atmosphere while maintaining complete privacy.

The layout includes:

• 6 bedrooms including a spacious master suite
• Dedicated guest suite
• Private gym & spa area
• Multiple living and entertainment spaces
• Separate service zones for functionality

Not every villa needs to be loud, sometimes calm is the real luxury

In the heart of Riyadh, Al Maathar district, this villa was designed with a soft modern approach, using smooth curves and clean lines to create a sense of comfort from the first glance

The material palette was carefully selected, light stone tones paired with warm bronze accents reflect sunlight in a subtle way, creating a balance between elegance and simplicity, while large glass openings connect the interior with the landscape naturally

Details were the key element, from hidden lighting to the spatial flow, to the entrance landscape that creates a unique arrival experience

Designed as a seamless open hall, the space flows effortlessly from the entrance to the living area and lift lobby, creating a sense of continuity rarely seen. The composition balances warmth and precision rich wood ceilings, sculptural elements, and refined materials layered to craft a truly elevated atmosphere.

At the heart, a timeless olive tree becomes the soul of the space, grounding the design with natural elegance while everything around it speaks the language of modern luxury.

This double height living hall is centered around a dramatic marble feature wall and a cascading sculptural chandelier that connects both levels of the space.

Warm walnut panels, natural stone, and soft neutral furnishings create a refined balance between modern elegance and timeless luxury. Floor to ceiling glazing enhances the sense of openness while allowing natural light to animate the textures throughout the interior.

The result is a sophisticated living environment designed to feel both monumental and intimate.

At the center of the room, a sculptural chandelier becomes the visual anchor, suspended beneath a custom-designed ceiling that transforms lighting into an ever-changing pattern across the space.

Circular seating arrangements organize the room with clarity and balance, creating intimate zones within an open layout. Natural stone flooring, warm wood tones, and soft neutral upholstery establish a calm and refined atmosphere.

Large openings bring daylight deep into the interior, allowing the architecture, materials, and shadows to evolve throughout the day.
