Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for stakeholder coordination, evaluate and certify contractor's monthly payment, variation management, commercial and financial management, contract administration, claims and risk management and final account.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in an on-site role
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC standard forms of contract
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Member of professional accreditation (preferred but not mandatory)
