The site plan is organized around a central gathering space, where classrooms and communal functions radiate outward to foster interaction, learning, and community.

Inspired by principles of Guerilla Architecture, the design adopts a modular grid system built for flexibility, repetition, and incremental growth. Rather than offering a fixed solution, the grid becomes a framework for future expansion, letting the project adapt to evolving needs while holding onto a clear spatial identity.

The result: a resilient, scalable learning environment that grows with its users and its context.

يتمحور المخطط العام للموقع حول مساحة تجمع مركزية، تتوزع منها الفصول الدراسية والمرافق المشتركة نحو الخارج لتعزيز التفاعل والتعلم والروح المجتمعية.

واستلهاماً لمبادئ "عمارة العصابات" (Guerilla Architecture)، يعتمد التصميم نظام شبكياً قائماً على وحدات نمطية تتيح المرونة والتكرار والنمو التدريجي. وبدلاً من تقديم حل ثابت، تشكل هذه الشبكة إطاراً للتوسع المستقبلي، مما يسمح للمشروع بالتكيف مع الاحتياجات المتغيرة مع الحفاظ في الوقت ذاته على هوية مكانية واضحة.

والنتيجة هي بيئة تعليمية مرنة وقابلة للتوسع، تنمو وتتطور بالتوازي مع مستخدميها وسياقها المحيط.

From concept to land, the design gathers at the core.

Guided by the site's topography and connected to the surrounding village, this proposal creates a natural dialogue between landscape, community, and movement. Every element is positioned to strengthen the relationship between people and place, letting the design emerge from its context rather than sit apart from it.

This is what rooted design means to me: architecture that listens to its site

من الفكرة الأولية وحتى التموضع على الأرض، يتبلور التصميم انطلاقاً من جوهره.

يخلق هذا المقترح -المُستلهم من تضاريس الموقع والمرتبط بالقرية المجاورة- حواراً طبيعياً يجمع بين المشهد الطبيعي والمجتمع وحركة الناس؛ إذ وُضِع كل عنصر ليعزز العلاقة بين الإنسان والمكان، مما يتيح للتصميم أن ينبثق من سياقه بدلاً من أن يقف بمعزل عنه.

هذا هو مفهوم "التصميم المتجذر" بالنسبة لي: عمارةٌ تُنصتُ إلى موقعها قبل أن تتحدث.

An idea begins as a line

It grows into a vision through rendering, tested and refined until the atmosphere feels true before a single wall exists. Then it takes shape through construction, where drawings meet material, light, and scale.

This is the journey I care most about: watching imagination become architecture, one stage at a time.

تبدأ الفكرة كخطٍ مرسوم.

ثم تنمو لتصبح رؤيةً متكاملةً عبر عمليات التصوير البصري (الرندرة)، حيث تخضع للاختبار والتهذيب حتى تبدو الأجواء واقعيةً وصادقةً حتى قبل تشييد جدارٍ واحد. وبعد ذلك، تتجسد الفكرة واقعاً ملموساً من خلال البناء، حيث تلتقي المخططات بالمواد والضوء ومقاييس الأبعاد.

هذه هي الرحلة التي تستهويني أكثر من غيرها: أن أشهد تحوّل الخيال إلى عمارةٍ حقيقية، مرحلةً تلو الأخرى.

The design begins with gesture, not geometry.

This started as abstract sketch explorations, circular movements and layered lines with no predetermined outcome. Over time the marks resolved into something structural. The gathering platforms and pathways that now organize this landscape experience trace directly back to that first instinctive motion on paper.

For me, the answer is systems thinking and orchestration. Architecture is no longer about isolated objects. It is about how spaces move, gather, and connect people, and that logic can start somewhere as simple as a hand drawing circles.

يبدأ التصميم بالإيماءة، لا بالهندسة.

بدأ الأمر برسومات تجريدية استكشافية، وحركات دائرية، وخطوط متداخلة دون نتيجة محددة مسبقًا. ومع مرور الوقت، تحولت هذه الخطوط إلى بنية هيكلية. تعود منصات التجمع والممرات التي تُنظم الآن تجربة هذا المشهد الطبيعي مباشرةً إلى تلك الحركة العفوية الأولى على الورق.

بالنسبة لي، يكمن الحل في التفكير النظمي والتنسيق. لم تعد العمارة مجرد أشياء معزولة، بل هي تتعلق بكيفية تحرك المساحات، وتجمع الناس، وربطهم ببعضهم، ويمكن أن يبدأ هذا المنطق من نقطة بسيطة كيد ترسم دوائر.

World Cup Outdoor Lounge · Doha

Designed for a palace backyard in Doha, this outdoor lounge reimagines the landscape as a destination for gathering, conversation, and celebration.

Timber platforms emerge from the greenery, creating a series of majlis and lounge spaces that feel immersed within the landscape. Fluted glass and mirrored elements abstract the surrounding planting, producing layered reflections that shift throughout the day and add a subtle sense of mystery to the experience.

The contrast between lush vegetation and clean paved surfaces creates a dynamic backdrop for social interaction, while floral installations and natural materials bring warmth and elegance to the setting.

A space designed to be explored from every angle, where landscape, reflection, and hospitality come together to create a memorable World Cup experience.

ردهة خارجية لكأس العالم · الدوحة

صُممت هذه الردهة الخارجية لتكون جزءاً من فناء قصر في الدوحة، حيث تعيد صياغة المشهد الطبيعي ليصبح وجهةً للتجمع والحوار والاحتفال.

تنبثق منصات خشبية من بين المساحات الخضراء، مشكّلةً سلسلة من المجالس ومناطق الجلوس التي تبدو وكأنها جزء لا يتجزأ من محيطها الطبيعي. وتعمل العناصر المصنوعة من الزجاج المضلع والمرايا على تقديم صورة تجريدية للنباتات المحيطة، مما يخلق انعكاسات متعددة الطبقات تتغير بتغير ضوء النهار وتضفي لمسة من الغموض الآسر على التجربة.

يخلق التباين بين الغطاء النباتي الكثيف والأسطح المعبدة ذات الخطوط الواضحة خلفيةً حيويةً للتفاعل الاجتماعي، بينما تضفي التشكيلات الزهرية والمواد الطبيعية طابعاً من الدفء والأناقة على المكان.

إنها مساحة صُممت لتُستكشف من كل زاوية، حيث تتناغم عناصر الطبيعة والانعكاسات البصرية وكرم الضيافة معاً لتصنع تجربة لا تُنسى لبطولة كأس العالم.

Rosenthaler Straße, Berlin. Step inside and the city goes quiet.

An olive tree, a cluster of fan palms, brushed metal catching what little light gets through. Nothing here is loud, and that is exactly the point.

We talk a lot about materials and light, but planting is the fastest way to change how a room feels. The right species, placed with intention, does what no finish can do. It softens the edges. It slows people down. It turns an interior into a haven.

Zen is not a style. It is a byproduct of restraint.

Where do you feel calmest indoors?

شارع روزنتالر في برلين؛ بمجرد الدخول، يحلّ الهدوء على المدينة.

شجرة زيتون، ومجموعة من أشجار النخيل المروحي، وأسطح معدنية مصقولة تعكس خيوط الضوء القليلة المتسللة إلى الداخل. لا شيء هنا يفرض صخباً أو ضجيجاً، وهذا هو جوهر الأمر تماماً.

كثيراً ما نتحدث عن المواد والإضاءة، لكن النباتات تظل الوسيلة الأسرع لتغيير طابع الغرفة وشعورنا بها؛ فالنباتات المناسبة، حين تُوزَّع بعناية وقصد، تحقق ما تعجز عنه أي تشطيبات أخرى: فهي تلطّف الزوايا الحادة، وتبطئ وتيرة الحركة، وتحوّل المساحة الداخلية إلى ملاذٍ هادئ.

إن فلسفة “الزن” (Zen) ليست مجرد طرازٍ أو أسلوب، بل هي نتاجٌ لضبط النفس والاعتدال.

قبل أن يتجلى الشكل النهائي، تعيش العمارة حالة من “التشكل والارتقاء”؛ إذ تتبلور تدريجياً عناصر البناء والضوء والمواد، لتجسد الرحلة الممتدة من مرحلة الإنشاء وحتى اكتمال التصميم وتحققه على أرض الواقع.

تُذكّرنا لحظاتٌ في الطبيعة بأن العمارة تبدأ بالملاحظة؛ فإيقاع المشهد الطبيعي، وحركة الضوء، والحضور الهادئ للأشكال الطبيعية، تضفي طابعاً على المساحات يبعث على الهدوء والرسوخ ويمنحها سمة الخلود.
