Job description / Role

• To support the finance department and provide financial information by maintaining and reconciling account and preparing reports.

• Update accounting system with necessary entries

• Update and analyze general ledger accounts including bank accounts, receivables and payables accounts and perform reconciliations

• Check and validate reimbursement and petty cash expenses

• Record and maintain fixed assets schedule

• Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures, and recommending improvements as necessary

• Secure financial information by completing database backups, and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential

• Complete other accounting tasks as needed

• Ensuring Monthly Closing of Account

• Handling Petty Cash & Mail Handling

• Payment for company telephone bills & internet bills

• Issuing cheque & Settlement of suppliers payment

• Prepare staff salary & prepare staff leave salary & Ticket

• Prepare the details of incoming & outgoing cheque

• Solving all their cash related queries

• Checking for the price of products and any discounts or offers

• Receiving coupons and deducting the said amount from the customers

• Organizing all the work they do and maintaining the accounting records

• Any other tasks given by manager.
