From Dubai to Riyadh.
Following the successful delivery of Baker McKenzie's Dubai office, INC KSA is proud to have completed the design and fit-out of the firm's new Riyadh workplace at Laysen Valley, marking our second project together.
Spanning 2,000 sqm across two floors, the office was delivered within an eight-month programme. As the first tenant to occupy the tower, the project required close collaboration and agile delivery to navigate the challenges of a newly operational building.
The new workplace supports Baker McKenzie's continued expansion in the Kingdom and marks an important milestone for the firm, with the Riyadh office now serving as its regional headquarters.
