Increasing productivity, enhancing quality, shorting times and reducing cost are the performance indicator of our growth. Our performance is measured by raising our profit margin up to twelve percent with best quality, time and cost. Nonetheless to increase our human resources and equipment up to fifty percent more than current available.

Limited Liability Company (LLC) legal form for our business is the best suitable to set up and run a business fast; besides this form is easy to develop and manage. Regulation for establishing and managing the Limited Liability Company (LLC) will be based on the UAE Commercial Companies Law No. 8 of 1984 and it’s amended.

2.1 The Services Provided
• Building construction works include but not limited to blocks wall, partitions wall, fencing and gates, sheds structures, steel structure, concrete structure, small buildings supplementary to the main building(s), villas, one and more floors building(s) ; also, other services for outbuildings and covered ways (manholes, chambers, pipes laying and backfilling).
• Paving construction works include but not limited to pave and construct trafficable and non-trafficable areas between and around buildings for vehicles and pedestrians, car parks, playgrounds, kerbs.
• Any indoor and outdoor maintenances include but not limited to clean, remove, replace and change tiles and interlocks, skirting’s, ceiling finishes, wall and columns finishes, pipe runs from the external and internal faces of buildings, the supporting framework of a staircase and its treads and risers, windows and door, and building decors.
